About the Role
We are looking for a Builder and Architect to serve as our Manager of Revenue Operations at Abby Care. This role focuses on turning sales data into a competitive advantage and ensuring our CRM is the central source of truth for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- →Contribute to ensuring our CRM is the central source of truth for our sales team
- →Implement territory mapping, auto-attribution logic, and partner tiering
- →Own the commission model and ensure accurate, timely payouts
- →Transform forecasting from 'gut feel' to 'data science'
- →Deliver weekly dashboards on Pipeline Velocity, CAC, and Rep Yield
- →Evaluate, implement, and manage sales tools
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of RevOps experience in a high-growth startup environment
- ✓Salesforce Administrator Certified with deep technical expertise
- ✓Expertise in Excel/SQL and ability to model complex territory scenarios
- ✓Cross-functional diplomacy skills
- ✓Bachelor's Degree or equivalent 4-year degree
