About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Manager, Content & Community to join Abby Care and own the company's voice across social, blog, and community channels. This role combines editorial strategy, social content creation, and light community management to drive measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the content strategy and calendar, defining weekly themes that align with business priorities
- →Create multi-format content including short-form video scripts, social posts, blog posts, and email/newsletter content
- →Lead and mentor part-time creators and freelancers, providing clear briefs, feedback, and direction
- →Make content data-driven by reviewing performance weekly and evolving strategy based on real numbers
- →Collaborate with Paid Media to identify organic content that should be turned into ads
- →Partner with Lifecycle to feed content into nurture and win-back campaigns
- →Build the foundation for community-led growth by identifying and nurturing relationships with caregivers, influencers, and nonprofits
- →Coordinate digital events and simple co-marketing campaigns
Requirements
- ✓5+ years in content, social, or community marketing, with at least 2–3 years owning a content program
- ✓Strong experience creating or leading short-form video and social content
- ✓Ability to break down complex topics into clear, empathetic stories
- ✓Comfort with metrics and data analysis
- ✓Experience working with creators and/or agencies
- ✓Empathy and respect for the lived experience of parents and caregivers
