About the Role
Abnormal AI is seeking a Brisbane-based Enterprise Account Executive to join their Sales team in Australia. This role involves full-cycle sales, working with enterprise accounts to bring new business into Abnormal’s customer portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- →Sell Abnormal security solutions to a defined territory, aiming to exceed new annual recurring revenue quotas
- →Work with enterprise accounts (organizations with >3k mailboxes) from initial conversations through contract signing and up-selling
- →Prospect and generate new business opportunities with enterprise accounts to meet sales targets
- →Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure timely renewals and expansion sale opportunities
- →Maintain accurate data across sales systems like Salesforce, Highspot, and Close Plan
- →Serve as a voice for customers and prospects with internal teams including Sales Engineering, Product, and Marketing
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of direct enterprise sales experience prospecting, closing new logos, and growing major accounts
- ✓Strong negotiation skills with large organizations and experience closing complex sales
- ✓Proven track record of consistent over-quota performance or being in the top 5% of a sales organization
- ✓Technically competent with knowledge in security, email, cloud, AI, and other key areas
- ✓Experience selling subscription software/SaaS to CISOs and security personnel
- ✓Start-up experience in an early-stage, underdog, or new entrant company with large competitors
- ✓BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience
