About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our growing team at Rentable. This role will be responsible for managing and executing all aspects of marketing automation and operational processes across our products, including ApartmentIQ, MavenAI, and Daylight. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you will help build the foundation for our marketing operations function and drive improvements in our GTM operations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage all technical aspects of Marketing Automation via HubSpot and its integration with Salesforce
- →Build and maintain data hygiene within HubSpot's contact database
- →Create templates and governance for workflows, forms, and automated emails
- →Build and synthesize reports and dashboards in HubSpot, Ads platforms, and Google Analytics
- →Drive improvements across GTM operations and tool landscape
- →Source and procure different tools and technologies as needed
- →Lead the optimization of internal marketing processes
- →Analyze, monitor, and report on KPIs related to marketing campaign performance
Requirements
- ✓At least 5 years of marketing operations experience with HubSpot and Salesforce integration in a B2B SaaS company
- ✓Bachelor's degree or comparable experience
- ✓Proven results in managing marketing operations for a demand gen team
- ✓Strong project management capabilities
- ✓Process-oriented with excellent troubleshooting and organizational skills
- ✓Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ✓Ability to manage other GTM tools like Clay, LinkedIn Automation, and Salesloft
- ✓Basic coding, vibe-coding, or HTML skills are a plus
