About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Operations Manager for Greece and Cyprus to support the Country Manager in localizing content and ensuring our global strategy resonates with the local market. This role involves tracking daily operational KPIs and collaborating with cross-functional teams across various business areas.

Key Responsibilities

→Localization of marketing campaigns for the Greek audience
→Translation of various texts from English into Greek (e.g., sales campaigns, newsletters, fashion content, marketing materials)
→Competitor monitoring (e.g., sales campaigns, celebrity and influencer collaborations, services)
→Quality assurance of our website
→Management of daily operations, KPI monitoring, and engagement with logistics and customer service teams
→Market analyses and development

Requirements

✓Native-level competence in Greek, both spoken and written
✓Fluency in English; German is a plus
✓Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
✓Work experience in business development, project management, customer service or logistics is a plus
✓Strong communication and analytical skills
