About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join Abridge and help build world-class Platform and ML Engineering teams. Our AI-powered platform transforms patient-clinician conversations into structured clinical notes, and we need an exceptional talent partner to fuel our growth as we plan to double our team size this year.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- ✓5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience at fast-growing startups
- ✓Proven track record of recruiting senior-level Engineering and Machine Learning talent
- ✓Strategic partnership skills as a trusted advisor to hiring managers
- ✓Business acumen to assess team skill gaps and determine optimal role requirements
- ✓Exceptional communication skills with technical candidates
- ✓Strong project management abilities to juggle multiple priorities
- ✓ATS proficiency with hands-on experience using recruiting technology
- ✓Passion for healthcare technology and understanding of AI's impact
- ✓This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in our San Francisco or New York City office, with flexibility for remote work on other days.
