About the Role
The Strategic Solutions Consultant is a trusted advisor and subject matter expert who partners with Enterprise Account Executives to accelerate large enterprise-level deals by bridging Achievers’ Employee Experience Platform™. This role combines deep product expertise, consultative selling skills, and strategic thinking to influence decision-making and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives on large, complex enterprise opportunities (75,000+ employees)
- →Translate complex solutions into HR-focused language and effectively communicate value across multiple stakeholders
- →Lead discovery sessions to uncover client pain points, strategic priorities, and success metrics
- →Develop tailored solution proposals, demos, and presentations that align with client objectives
- →Translate technical capabilities into business outcomes for executive audiences
- →Proactively identify emerging client needs and market trends
- →Identify and mitigate risks in the sales cycle
- →Partner with Sales Enablement and Marketing to create compelling narratives
- →Work closely with Product, Customer Success, and Implementation teams
- →Provide feedback to Product Management on market trends
- →Support Enterprise Account Executives in building and delivering quantifiable business cases
- →Travel up to 25–30% to attend customer meetings and industry events
Requirements
- ✓8+ years in Solutions Consulting, Pre-Sales, or similar role within HR Tech SaaS
- ✓Experience with enterprise HR technology ecosystems, including HCM platforms
- ✓Familiarity with employee wellness, benefits, and engagement platforms
- ✓Hands-on experience supporting or explaining system integrations
- ✓Demonstrated experience partnering with C-level HR leaders
- ✓Executive Presence: Ability to influence senior decision-makers
- ✓Commercial Acumen: Understanding of enterprise buying cycles
- ✓Proven experience building ROI models and business cases
- ✓Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- ✓Global Perspective: Experience working across regions and cultures
