About the Role
We are looking for a New Business Development Manager to join Action Property Management, a leading HOA management company. This role focuses on driving new business, lead generation, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- →Attend client sales presentations as part of the presentation team
- →Research projects and develop new business
- →Attend developer client meetings to gain insight on new communities
- →Engage in new client calls to gain knowledge of community, reserves, budget, and assess client needs
- →Execute RFP responses based on standard template and provide input on strategic direction
- →Create and assemble physical and electronic marketing books using InDesign and Adobe Acrobat
- →Manage and update marketing books, coordinate printing, mailing, or electronic distribution
- →Attend trade shows and industry-related events to network and represent Action
- →Track and organize marketing data in CRM system (Salesforce)
- →Organize, update, and analyze sales data to utilize in marketing and advertising approach
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field or 3+ years of experience in sales
- ✓Experience in HOA management/real estate preferred
- ✓Strong organizational and communication skills
- ✓Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- ✓Ability to travel to client meetings and industry events
- ✓Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- ✓Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
