About the Role
We are seeking an Acumatica Technical Process Owner to improve operational performance through process redesign, technology solutions, and automation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with Business Process Owners to improve operational performance via process redesign, technology solutions, and automation
- →Analyze business issues, define requirements, design computer programs, process improvements, and recommend automated system controls
- →Determine operational objectives, gather information, and evaluate output requirements and formats
- →Work closely with Business Process Owners and end users to analyze, define, model, and document systems requirements
- →Construct workflow charts, diagrams, and process flows, study system capabilities, and write specifications
- →Implement system configuration changes, business events, custom reports, dashboards, and data exports/imports
- →Develop organizational change management framework and conduct user acceptance testing
- →Create end-user documentation and deliver training
- →Partner with business and technical teams to provide direction for technology development components of projects
- →Gather required data from end-users to evaluate objectives, goals, and scope to create technical specifications
- →Keep leadership informed of key issues that may impact project completion, budget, or other results
