About the Role
Adyen is seeking a hands-on CDD Analyst for their Direct Customer Onboarding Team. This role involves managing end-to-end account onboarding, including enhanced due diligence, to support Adyen's growing customer base in LATAM.
Key Responsibilities
- →Execute Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) procedures
- →Collect and analyze customer information while adhering to Adyen’s policies and Latin America regulators
- →Perform KYC checks on merchants, collect and verify documentation, and iterate on process flow
- →Guide merchants and serve as a Point of Contact for all CDD-related matters
- →Drive process improvements and provide feedback on automation within workflows
- →Advise on CDD-related questions in the local office and broader Americas team
- →Ensure consistency throughout global CDD processes by aligning with peers in regional offices and global teams
Requirements
- ✓3+ years experience in Customer Due Diligence/Enhanced Due Diligence/Know Your Customer
- ✓Knowledgeable of AML/CFT, Customer Due Diligence and Schemes concepts
- ✓Fluent English speaker (desirable)
- ✓Available to work 3 days in person in Morumbi/SP
- ✓Great sense of responsibility with task prioritization based on business needs
- ✓Natural tendency to be curious and think outside the box
- ✓Comfortable navigating ambiguity in unstructured work environments
- ✓Strong communicator with team spirit
- ✓Analytical and critical mindset
- ✓Operationally oriented with eagerness to drive projects with cross-functional teams
- ✓Willing to travel 10% of the time throughout the year
