About the Role
We are looking for an outstanding Treasury Manager to support Treasury operations in the Americas. This role involves working on a night shift schedule and collaborating with the Treasurer and corporate Treasury team to optimize key Treasury functions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage global cash, cash forecasting, and liquidity
- →Handle corporate and intercompany debt management
- →Implement risk management strategies for foreign exchange and interest rate risks
- →Oversee investment management and reporting
- →Ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley and process controls
- →Develop capital structure and capital allocation strategy
- →Support Treasurer and team in driving strong operating cash flows
- →Manage day-to-day transactional needs including fund transfers, letters of credit, and FX hedges
- →Lead consolidation and cash pooling efforts to improve liquidity
- →Monitor and remediate bank accounts for proper controls
- →Drive process improvements between Treasury and operations
- →Assist with M&A efforts including integration of acquired businesses
- →Ensure compliance with SOX and corporate finance policies
- →Perform interest expense forecasting
- →Forecast daily cash needs for 365 days
Requirements
- ✓Demonstrated history of success in a large multinational corporation
- ✓Expertise in cash management and forecasting
- ✓Experience with international treasury and finance
- ✓Knowledge of multi-currency cash management & pooling
- ✓Foreign exchange risk management experience
- ✓Investment management experience
- ✓Cash forecasting and intercompany loan administration skills
- ✓M&A integration experience
- ✓Utilization of treasury management systems
- ✓Accounting knowledge
