About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our team at Aera Technology. This role focuses on solving complex technical problems and leading cross-functional teams to resolve critical customer incidents.
Key Responsibilities
- →Investigate and resolve novel, ambiguous, and system-wide issues that have no existing solution
- →Lead cross-functional teams to resolve critical, high-impact customer incidents
- →Design, document, and deliver formal technical training programs and certification materials
- →Proactively analyze product architecture and support data to identify long-term solutions
- →Represent the support organization in product roadmap and architectural review
- →Identify and submit strategic product/platform improvements
- →Set the technical standard for the support organization
- →Develop and roll out new diagnostic tools and troubleshooting guides
- →Act as the primary technical lead for high-level incidents
- →Lead weekly/bi-weekly/monthly status calls with Customers
Requirements
- ✓5-7+ years of experience in technical support, DevOps, or software engineering
- ✓Expert-level knowledge of product architecture, database structure, and underlying technologies
- ✓Experience with code-level debugging
- ✓Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects
- ✓Exceptional communication and influence skills
