Key Responsibilities
- →Write clear, succinct, and compelling proposal sections and related technical documents compliant with RFP requirements
- →Work with Solution Architects and SMEs to document solutions and provide proof points to support our winning story
- →Collaborate with team members to articulate solution strategy, approach, experience, win themes, and discriminators
- →Apply communication and interviewing skills to gather information from internal and external personnel
- →Develop and implement process improvements to enhance proposal quality
- →Manage multiple concurrent assignments while meeting deadlines
- →Maintain a library of approved proposal content
Requirements
- ✓Minimum of 8 years of experience with BS/BA, or 6 years with MS/MA
- ✓6+ years of experience working as a proposal writer for Federal Government solicitations
- ✓Evidence of a successful track record of high-quality, high-scoring proposals
- ✓Demonstrated success writing technical, management, transition, staffing, and/or corporate experience volumes
- ✓Excellent writing and communication skills
- ✓Strong organizational and leadership skills
- ✓Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- ✓Superior time management skills
