About the Role
We are looking for an Account Executive of Mid-Market to join Airtable, the no-code app platform that empowers organizations to transform how work gets done. This role involves working closely with various Mid-Market accounts across multiple industries, acting as a trusted business advisor to help them leverage Airtable for maximum business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- →Leverage Airtable’s self-service user base and proven value propositions to land Mid-Market logos
- →Build relationships with executives across departments and industries
- →Source expansion opportunities in new departments and tell a compelling story to CIOs and other executives
- →Prioritize your book of business and develop account plans for each individual account
- →Lead the full sales cycle, from initial interest to deal close, and coordinate collaboration cross-functionally
- →Consult with prospects regarding business objectives and requirements
- →Model a wide range of use cases in which Airtable can drive business transformation
- →Think critically about sales insights and data and experiment with new growth tactics
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of quota-carrying closing experience at a technology company
- ✓Successfully sold 6-figure+ deals to large accounts with 1000-3000 FTE
- ✓Experience partnering with business leaders and executives to develop long-term relationships
- ✓Ability to execute a structured sales process with rigor and self-awareness
- ✓Consultative approach and ability to navigate client complexities across industries
- ✓Resourceful and creative problem-solving skills
- ✓Passion for Airtable’s mission and how customers can use the platform
