About the Role
Ajax Systems, a leading European manufacturer of security systems, is seeking a Paid Traffic Manager to join their international team. This role focuses on driving digital marketing campaigns and optimizing traffic sources.
Key Responsibilities
- βLaunch advertising campaigns in Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Ads
- βOptimize the conversion funnel
- βTest hypotheses to improve click/lead conversion
- βSelect and optimize target audiences
- βResearch and test new traffic sources
- βGenerate ideas for creatives and provide briefs to copywriters and designers
- βAnalyze campaign results and prepare improvement recommendations
- βSupport activities of other departments and interact with them
Requirements
- β2+ years of experience in digital marketing
- βEnglish proficiency at least at Intermediate (B1) level
- βOrientation towards business results and ROI
- βAbility to make decisions based on analytical data
- βExperience with analytical tools (GA4, GTM, BigQuery, Power BI, Google Data Studio) is a plus
