About the Role
The organization is seeking a senior leader to design, build, and scale Business Intelligence and analytics capabilities. This role focuses on delivering executive-grade dashboards and enabling self-service analytics across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards for C-suite executives
- →Optimize performance and usability of business intelligence dashboards
- →Architect and implement self-service BI capabilities with governed datasets
- →Define BI standards and best practices for enterprise-wide adoption
- →Develop advanced analytical data models optimized for BI consumption
- →Write advanced SQL and Python for complex transformations and analytics
- →Lead, advise, and mentor junior BI developers
- →Establish development standards and dashboard design guidelines
- →Ensure dashboards are trusted and aligned with enterprise definitions
Requirements
- ✓8+ years of hands-on experience in Business Intelligence or analytics roles
- ✓Proven experience delivering executive-level dashboards
- ✓Success rolling out self-service BI capabilities at enterprise scale
- ✓Deep expertise with Tableau (Desktop, Server/Cloud)
- ✓Strong experience with analytical and dimensional data models
- ✓Experience leading and mentoring BI teams
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
