About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Manager, Account Management to join AlertMedia, a company dedicated to saving lives and minimizing loss through emergency communications. This role involves helping Account Managers master our product, sales process, and internal tools to facilitate meetings with customers and internal partners.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage the day-to-day activities of the Mid-Market & SMB sales expansion teams
- →Work alongside your team and your leader to achieve and exceed sales expansion quota
- →Meet weekly with Account Managers to review their forecast, pipeline, individual opportunities, territories, and pathway to exceeding their quota
- →Develop a consistent coaching and development plan designed to support Account Managers in exceeding quota
- →Develop clear paths toward helping team members achieve their own career goals
- →Collaborate across various internal teams to ensure the overall success of the program and annual team goal achievement
- →Regularly meet with customers to help Account Managers with sales growth, negotiations, product demos, new product overviews, support related questions, etc.
- →Identify problems and proactively create comprehensive plans of action to present to senior management
- →Utilize various technologies to help coach and develop your teams
- →Deliver forecast to VP, Account Management on a weekly basis
Requirements
- ✓5-7 years’ experience in B2B SaaS sales
- ✓3+ years’ experience managing an account management or customer sales team
- ✓A people first, process oriented, data driven mindset
- ✓Experience managing sales teams with complex, multi-threaded sales processes
- ✓Experience in crisis intelligence and communications a plus
- ✓Ability to influence others including senior level and C-suite staff
- ✓Ability to travel to customer onsites and events, ~25%
