About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team as part of the development of our MCO (Maintenance in Operational Conditions) activities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Take charge of part of the Service Delivery / Client Delivery work for MCO projects of varying sizes
- →Manage documentation: prepare project document delivery after review by teams, maintain tracking of delivered documents
- →Ensure quality plan
- →Organize logistics for client or supplier meetings: rooms, invitations, badges, parking, meals
- →Contribute to meeting minutes and report actions in the action plan
- →Responsible for the project action plan
- →Ensure planning, commitments, and quality
- →Write customer quotes, especially for technical scope modifications/extensions
- →Technological watch (monitoring obsolescence, evolution opportunities)
- →Follow up on billing milestones with PMO support
- →Follow up on suppliers
Requirements
- ✓Experience in project management
- ✓Knowledge of C, C++, Linux, and Python
- ✓Strong organizational and communication skills
- ✓Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- ✓Understanding of quality management principles
- ✓Experience with documentation management
- ✓Familiarity with billing and supplier management processes
