About the Role
We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our team at Nova/Boulanger. This role focuses on leading agile practices and ensuring team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- →Plan and track tasks for Nova/Boulanger team members
- →Manage priorities and distribute workload effectively
- →Implement and monitor backups for each key activity
- →Collect data for KPI tracking and project performance
- →Facilitate daily team work by removing obstacles
- →Identify bottlenecks and report alerts to management
- →Detect early signals within the team and ensure proactive communication
- →Support the skill development of new recruits
- →Foster collaboration and continuous improvement
- →Maintain a motivating and performance-oriented work environment
Requirements
- ✓Experience with Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective)
- ✓Strong understanding of agile methodologies
