About the Role

Anduril Industries is seeking an Associate Partnerships Marketing Manager to help shape and accelerate the company's brand momentum through strategic partnerships and brand alliances. This is a net-new role that requires a self-starter who views partnerships as a lever for significant impact.

Key Responsibilities

→Manage and grow existing partnerships
→Support the Partnerships lead while driving projects autonomously when needed
→Develop creative partnerships that strengthen the brand and drive measurable results
→Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align on strategy and execution
→Balance big-picture strategy with hands-on delivery of daily tasks
→Keep internal and external stakeholders updated with clear and consistent communication
→Coordinate and launch new programs in fast-paced environments
→Ensure partnerships maintain brand consistency and design standards
→Be an internal authority on sports, technology, and national security trends to identify strategic opportunities

Requirements

✓3-5+ years of experience in brand marketing, partnerships, or strategic marketing roles
✓Clear executor and operator with a strong track record of developing creative, high-impact brand partnerships
✓Exceptional project management and organizational skills
✓A builder mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and take initiative

✓Strong verbal and written communication skills
✓Design-sensitive eye and understanding of brand integrity
✓Prior experience in sports, technology, geopolitics, and national security
