About the Role

Anduril Industries is seeking a business operations generalist to join their rapidly growing Maritime Division Operations team in Quincy, MA. This role will support internal business lines and the entire division, helping to build out the business infrastructure required for Anduril's largest division.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead various global strategic initiatives and special projects to establish scalable operations across the portfolio
→Coordinate and prepare for executive leadership meetings, including setting agendas and tracking action items
→Support internal team operations like new employee onboarding and division-wide events
→Support corporate planning by building out and monitoring performance against goals and financial plans
→Serve as the division's operational Swiss Army knife for critical initiatives

Requirements

✓3+ years of experience in consulting, operations, finance, or general business analysis
✓Ability to operate independently on a wide range of responsibilities
✓Experience solving complex, ambiguous, cross-functional problems
✓High ownership and low ego with strong outcome orientation
✓Comfortable with radical autonomy
✓Ability to translate operational problems into data problems and execute on them
✓Discerning and incredibly fast learner with ability to context-switch
✓Tactical approach to problem-solving
✓Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities
