About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to join Anduril Industries, a defense technology company transforming military capabilities with advanced technology. This role will work on high-leverage problems, combining operational rigor, technical curiosity, and strategic thinking to build scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

→Own and deliver cross-functional initiatives from zero to one, from framing the problem to executing on a chosen solution.
→Operate across both hardware and software, bringing solutions to problems across Real Estate, Design & Construction, Facilities Operations, and more.
→Work deeply within Anduril’s business systems to develop a clear understanding of how data and processes flow across the company.
→Develop analytics and tooling that shape decision-making, ranging from Excel data crunching to scalable data pipelines and dashboards.
→Project manage across teams, leading meetings and managing digital communication channels to direct stakeholders towards solutions.
→Partner with senior leaders to bring structure, insight, and velocity to Anduril’s highest-priority operational challenges.

Requirements

✓3+ years of experience in consulting, business operations, strategy, or engineering/technical roles.
✓Technical understanding—you are data-driven, understand systems, and know how to communicate with engineering and product teams.
✓Strategic thinking—you define frameworks, build business cases, and integrate solutions into broader company initiatives.
✓Builder mindset—you design and implement better solutions rather than patching around broken ones.
✓Self-driven and proactive—you have a bias for action rather than delay.
✓Comfortable in ambiguity—you enjoy untangling complex, messy problems.
✓Clear communication—you communicate effectively in both technical and non-technical contexts.
✓Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.
