About the Role
We are seeking a 2nd Level Support Engineer to analyze and resolve complex technical issues in electronic and mechatronic systems.
Key Responsibilities
- →Analyze and process complex problems in 2nd Level Support
- →Perform independent fault diagnosis on electronic and mechatronic assemblies
- →Carry out maintenance, repair, and restoration work in-house and on-site if necessary
- →Provide technical support for international sales and service companies in escalation cases
- →Document service cases and repair processes
- →Create structured fault analyses and technical reports
- →Maintain and further develop the knowledge database
- →Create and prepare technical documentation, training materials, and e-learning content
- →Conduct technical training for internal colleagues and international service partners
