About the Role
We are looking for a 2nd Level Support Engineer to join our team. This role involves analyzing and resolving complex technical issues in electronic and mechatronic components.
Key Responsibilities
- →Analyze and process complex problem situations in 2nd level support
- →Conduct independent fault diagnosis on electronic and mechatronic modules
- →Perform maintenance, repair, and maintenance work in the field and on site as needed
- →Provide technical support to our international sales and service companies during escalation cases
- →Document service cases and repair processes
- →Create structured error analyses and technical reports
- →Maintain and further develop the knowledge database
- →Create and prepare technical documents, training materials, and e-learning content
- →Conduct technical training for internal colleagues and international service partners
Requirements
- ✓Experience in 2nd level technical support
- ✓Knowledge of electronic and mechatronic systems
