You will play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging top talent globally, partnering with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to build robust pipelines for critical roles.
Key Responsibilities
- →Take full ownership of identifying and mapping talent pools for diverse functions
- →Craft compelling outreach campaigns to convert passive prospects into interested candidates
- →Act as a talent advisor, using sourcing metrics and market insights to inform hiring strategies
- →Partner closely with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition Partners to understand technical requirements
- →Leverage AI tools and sourcing technologies to increase efficiency and uncover hidden talent
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of hands-on experience in recruiting or sourcing
- ✓Master of Boolean search and X-ray sourcing
- ✓Exceptional written communication skills
- ✓Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- ✓Data-driven approach to decision-making
- ✓Comfortable evaluating and using new sourcing tools and AI technologies
