To support our mission, we're looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to help us build reliable sales infrastructure, streamline revenue processes, and improve operational efficiency across our go-to-market teams.
WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON:
- Building and maintaining sales dashboards, reports, and layouts that optimize workflows for BDRs and Account Executives.
- Creating high-impact sales automations in n8n and other tools that eliminate repetitive tasks and accelerate deal velocity.
- Designing and maintaining complex HubSpot workflows that automate sales processes and ensure data reliability.
- Establishing monitoring systems and performing regular data hygiene checks, especially for sales-input data and deal information.
- Building infrastructure for reliable sales forecasting and pipeline management.
- Ensuring operational reliability of our renewal process in the CRM.
- Managing integrations between HubSpot and sales tools (enrichment platforms, CPQ systems, and other sales enablement tools).
- Validating deal data and commission values to ensure accurate sales compensation tracking.
- Conducting training and enablement sessions for Sales and Customer Success teams on new processes and tools.
- Partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Data teams to identify pain points and implement solutions.
THEY SAY THERE ARE NO PERFECT CANDIDATES, BUT YOU MIGHT BE THE ONE IF:
- You have 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar roles, with a proven track record in B2B SaaS or tech startup environments.
- You have deep expertise in CRM systems (HubSpot experience strongly preferred), including advanced configuration, custom properties, deal pipelines, and complex workflow automation.
- You excel at translating business requirements into technical solutions and can build systems that enable clear reporting and actionable insights.
- You're proficient in designing and building dashboards and reports that provide visibility into pipeline health, sales performance, forecast accuracy, and customer expansion metrics.
- You have hands-on experience with workflow automation tools (n8n, Zapier, or similar) and are comfortable building integrations without engineering support.
- You have a technical mindset and aren't intimidated by APIs, webhooks, and data transformations.
- You're detail-oriented with strong data hygiene practices, including experience with deduplication, data validation rules, and monitoring systems.
- You understand end-to-end revenue processes across sales and customer success, and can identify opportunities to improve efficiency and remove friction.
- You're a self-starter who can independently scope projects, build solutions, and drive implementation from concept to completion.
- You're a clear communicator who can document processes, maintain data governance standards, and train team members effectively.
- You stay current with RevOps trends and best practices, continuously looking for ways to optimize and improve.
BY THE END OF THE FIRST 3 MONTHS, WE EXPECT YOU TO:
- Learn about our tools, processes, and workflows to understand where you fit in.
- Build relationships with Sales, Customer Success, and Data teams, gathering input on their pain points and workflow challenges.
- Start optimizing sales dashboards, reports, and layouts to improve workflows for BDRs and Account Executives.
- Establish checks and monitoring systems for data hygiene issues, particularly around sales-input data and commission-related deal properties.
- Identify high-impact automation opportunities across Sales and Customer Success teams, and begin building infrastructure for automation execution.
By the end of the first 6 months, we expect you to:
- Ensure the operational reliability of our renewal process in HubSpot, reducing manual work and improving visibility.
- Build and implement high-impact automations for Sales and Customer Success teams that measurably improve efficiency.
- Create infrastructure for reliable sales forecasting, including data validation, pipeline hygiene, and reporting frameworks.
- Help establish a structured outbound sales process with appropriate workflows and tracking.
- Improve and automate our high-level growth reporting framework, including cohort analysis, ARR tracking, and revenue performance metrics.
- Implement systematic validation processes for deal data and commission tracking to ensure sales compensation accuracy.
