About the Role
We are looking for a Travel & Reception Responsible CZ&SK / Czech Language Proofreader to join our team. This role combines administrative support for business travel and meetings with regular translation and proofreading tasks for all departments.
Key Responsibilities
- βAssist all local travelers with international business travel including hotel bookings, transportation, and flight tickets
- βBook accommodation, train/flight tickets, and taxi transfers for store openings in Czech Republic & Slovakia
- βManage invoice settlement for travel bookings and office orders
- βUpdate colleagues about new office routines and create information flow about changes
- βLiaise with service providers and Business Tech Department
- βOperate telephone lines/mailbox and manage meetings setup
- βArrange events for colleagues
- βManage stock of office supplies and documentation workflow
- βTranslate information and instructions for stores
- βTranslate internal training materials
- βTranslate instructions for programs/platforms
- βTranslate security routines
- βReview, edit, and write according to H&M guidelines
Requirements
- βExcellent knowledge of English and Czech, both written and spoken
- βProfessional behavior with positive attitude
- βExcellent skills in structuring written documents
- βOutgoing personality
- βGood knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- βWorking Experience in similar administrative role is an advantage
