About the Role
Applaudo is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive qualified pipeline through digital outreach and structured qualification processes. This role focuses on prospecting, discovery calls, and CRM management to support the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive qualified pipeline through consistent digital outreach and structured cadences
- →Own early-stage qualification by running discovery calls and validating technical fit
- →Maintain 100% daily accuracy in HubSpot, documenting all activities and stages
- →Work closely with Solutions Architecture and Sales Ops teams
- →Deliver remote capability presentations and prepare standardized proposals
- →Ensure smooth handoffs to US Sales Account Executives
- →Accelerate deal velocity at the top of the funnel
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Development, or similar commercial roles
- ✓Proven experience executing structured outbound and inbound qualification processes
- ✓Strong ability to conduct virtual discovery and qualification calls
- ✓Proficiency using HubSpot for pipeline management and CRM hygiene
- ✓Experience leveraging Power BI or similar tools for reporting
- ✓Experience supporting proposal development and sales documentation
- ✓Exceptional presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- ✓Advanced English proficiency
- ✓HubSpot Sales Software Certification is preferred
