About the Role
We are looking for an APAC Sales Director to join Rogo, Wall Street's first true AI analyst. This role will empower finance professionals at top investment banks, private equity funds, and investment firms with AI that delivers unparalleled speed, accuracy, and insight.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own a new-logo and expansion quota for global banks, PE firms, and asset managers across the APAC region
- →Serve as the founding GTM presence in APAC, helping define regional sales motion, priorities, and early operating norms
- →Build C-Suite relationships, map complex orgs, and develop multi-threaded deal strategies across diverse geographies and cultures
- →Lead rigorous discovery and run proofs of value tied to clear business outcomes
- →Construct executive-ready business cases and navigate security, compliance, and legal reviews specific to APAC regulatory environments
- →Drive deals from prospecting to multi-year enterprise license agreements
- →Consistently deliver ARR targets while acting as the voice of APAC customers
Requirements
- ✓7+ years closing complex SaaS deals, with at least 2 in Fortune 1000 or regulated-industry accounts
- ✓Track record of hitting $1M+ quotas using frameworks such as MEDDPICC
- ✓Ability to translate advanced AI concepts into board-level ROI narratives
- ✓Startup mindset—autonomous, adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity
- ✓Strong cross-cultural communication skills and comfort working across time zones
