About the Role

We are looking for a Legal Operations Analyst to join our team at Asana. This role will serve as a central resource supporting the optimization of legal processes, technology, and stakeholder management. You will collaborate closely with Legal, Finance, Accounting, and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient legal service delivery, compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

→Support legal operations platforms such as Contract Lifecycle Management, e-billing, and document management systems, including troubleshooting, system updates, and process improvements.
→Manage commercial contract signature routing in compliance with global signature policies, including DocuSign updates and manual signature routing.
→Assist in developing and presenting analytics and reports on legal operations KPIs, workflow efficiency, and cycle times to inform process improvements.
→Design, manage, and facilitate legal enablement programs to provide training on commercial legal processes and tools to the legal department and cross-functional teams.
→Build effective working relationships with business stakeholders to support efficient legal operations.

Requirements

✓3-6 years of experience with in-house legal operations, operations, or procurement, ideally including experience at a high-growth technology company.
✓B.A or B.S. required.
✓Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
✓Experience with legal operations tools such as Ironclad, Brightflag, Salesforce, and DocuSign.
✓Experience using project management platforms like Asana.
✓Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and draw conclusions from quantitative data.
✓Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
✓Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies.
