About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and highly motivated Customer Success Manager to join Aspire.io, the world’s first word-of-mouth commerce platform. In this role, you will work strategically with mid-market and enterprise-level accounts to help them achieve the best results using the Aspire platform for their influencer marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- →Cement the relationship with new and existing customers, focusing on account growth, new product adoption, and renewals
- →Develop a consultant perspective for client communications, questions, and meetings
- →Lead and present at regular client meetings, both in-person and over video conference
- →Analyze customer usage to form accurate forecasts and maintain visibility into the renewal pipeline
- →Identify, communicate, and manage risks proactively, developing resolution strategies
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of professional experience in Saas Account Management or Customer Success
- ✓Outstanding organization and interpersonal skills
- ✓A structured approach to process and prioritization
- ✓Initiative and the ability to identify and solve problems proactively
- ✓1+ year of influencer or performance marketing experience
