About the Role
The System Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining systems hardware and software for ESX, Microsoft Windows, and LINUX platforms. This role involves technical research and development to enhance infrastructure capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Engineer solutions for internal project and operational needs
- →Install, rebuild, and configure servers and hardware according to standards
- →Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures
- →Contribute to and maintain system standards
- →Research and recommend innovative approaches for system administration
- →Perform daily system monitoring and verify integrity and availability
- →Conduct regular security monitoring to identify intrusions
- →Support daily backup operations and ensure data recovery
- →Perform regular file archival and purge
- →Provide escalation support and troubleshoot issues
- →Repair and recover from hardware or software failures
Requirements
