About the Role

We're building new teams and hiring full-time Inside Sales Representatives - Retention to kick these teams off. These are work-from-home, remote positions. We're looking for ambitious candidates who want to start their SaaS career.

Key Responsibilities

→Take inbound customer cancellation calls and retain them as Aura customers
→Make daily outbound calls to existing Aura customers with failed subscription payments
→Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive support and active listening
→Address customer concerns and provide solutions
→Master evangelizing Aura's story and mission to customers
→Consult with customers on best practices to protect their online identity
→Identify retention and upsell opportunities by aligning Aura's solutions with customer needs
→Proactively improve knowledge of industry best practices to be a trusted resource

Requirements

✓1-2 years of sales/retention experience where you consistently meet/exceed performance metrics
✓Love talking to people and are naturally engaging
✓Self-motivated and know how to push yourself to achieve goals
✓Team player who knows how to win within a team environment
✓Self-starter with strong business acumen to solve customer needs quickly and creatively
