About the Role

We are looking for an Account Executive, Inside to join Axon, a company dedicated to protecting life through innovative safety and justice solutions. This role involves selling products and services to law enforcement customers and driving demand in an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

→Develop and execute a regional sales plan to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
→Participate in training sessions, meetings, and professional development classes
→Identify decision makers among targeted leads to start the sales process
→Maintain and expand the CRM (Salesforce) with prospects and accounts
→Handle changes in sales orders and communicate those changes with related departments
→Provide effective product demos for end-user customers
→Emphasize the Axon Ecosystem by promoting product features and benefits
→Attend industry conferences and regional trade shows to develop industry expertise

Requirements

✓Bachelor’s degree or equivalent applicable experience
✓2+ years’ experience in a full cycle Sales role with demonstrated sales quota attainment
✓1+ years of customer-facing sales experience
✓Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience
✓Experience using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
✓1+ years of Field Sales experience preferred
