βServe as Tier I-II Support Analyst for the TrustNet application, including user setup, access, and application testing for system upgrades.
βServe as administrator for the Docusign application, including user setup, access, and training.
βExecute quality assurance activities, including performing testing for TrustNet Releases and data quality cleanups.
βPrepare and generate training materials, test plans, and reports when appropriate.
βAct as liaison with IT and vendors to communicate system requirements.
βImprove and document IT operations processes.
βRequirements gathering and project management as it relates to our application development roadmap.
βAI governance, working closely with Privacy and broader IT team to oversee the AI governance process.
Requirements
βBachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance or related field, or relevant IT Operations experience.
β5+ years of experience in the financial services industry and/or multiteam IT projects.
βExcellent written and oral communications skills.
βSelf-starter with a strong initiative and ability to work independently.
βProject management and requirements documentation skills.
βStrong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
βProficient at writing complex SQL requests in a timely manner.
βStrong Office365 skills required, specifically Excel, Teams. Familiarity with AI tools.
βAble to organize/manage multiple priorities and projects coupled with the flexibility to quickly adapt to ever-changing business needs and requirements.
βHigh attention to detail, excellent follow-through.
