About the Role
We are looking for a People Operations Partner - HRIS & Automation to join our People Operations (POPs) team. This role will focus on automation initiatives and Human Resources Information System (HRIS) management, collaborating with business leaders to transform people processes and enhance workplace efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build relationships with internal stakeholders to identify HRIS requirements and integration opportunities
- →Serve as a subject-matter expert on HRIS, driving automation initiatives and training teams
- →Lead the design, implementation, and improvement of automation to optimize POps processes
- →Design custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making
- →Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulations
- →Act as a coach and trusted advisor for POps-related issues
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in Human Resources/People Operations
- ✓Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field
- ✓Experience with HRIS management
- ✓Strong understanding of POps processes, regulations, and systems
- ✓Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities
- ✓Clear communication skills, both verbal and written
- ✓Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- ✓Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- ✓Superior relationship-building skills
- ✓Strong time-management skills
- ✓Excellent attention to detail
