About the Role
We are looking for a Commercial Recruiter, Oncology to join our team at BillionToOne. This role involves leading high-impact hiring for our growing Oncology commercial organization, focusing on sales, sales leadership, and customer-facing commercial roles.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own full-cycle recruiting for high-volume commercial roles, including Account Executives, Account Managers, Regional/Area Sales Managers, and other field-based roles
- →Partner closely with Oncology commercial leaders to forecast hiring needs and develop scalable hiring plans
- →Deliver consistently strong hiring outcomes in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment
- →Build and maintain robust pipelines using proactive sourcing strategies
- →Provide an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience
- →Track recruiting metrics and use data to optimize processes
- →Contribute to recruiting playbooks and employer branding initiatives
Requirements
- ✓6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with significant focus on commercial or sales hiring
- ✓Proven success hiring high volumes of sales talent while maintaining a high quality bar
- ✓Exposure to laboratory diagnostics, life sciences, biotech or pharma recruiting
- ✓Strong sourcing expertise and ability to engage passive candidates
- ✓Experience partnering with senior sales leaders and influencing hiring decisions
- ✓Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- ✓Experience using AI to enhance recruiting process
