About the Role
We are seeking an Institutional Product Manager to join Binance's global blockchain ecosystem. This role focuses on developing and growing institutional Earn products for high-net-worth clients, driving measurable growth in total value locked and client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- →Plan, enhance, and build institutional Earn product features within the Binance Earn suite
- →Research and develop new institutional-level Earn and wealth management products for VIP clients
- →Drive institutional growth in TVL, client onboarding, and revenue through product development and go-to-market efforts
- →Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, Compliance, and Operations teams
- →Partner with VIP and BD teams to identify business opportunities and expand client base
- →Manage relationships with institutional clients including family offices and asset managers
- →Identify market trends and customer pain points to enhance product offerings
- →Lead institutional marketing campaigns, workshops, and webinars
- →Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified institutional leads
- →Negotiate commercial terms with institutional clients and strategic partners
- →Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and track growth initiative impact
- →Stay updated on industry developments, competitor products, and regulatory landscape
- →Serve as direct responsible person for institutional Earn growth initiatives
Requirements
- ✓5+ years experience in institutional product development, business development, sales, or wealth management
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- ✓Advanced degrees or certifications (MBA, CFA, CAIA) highly preferred
- ✓Strong understanding of crypto products and solutions
- ✓Proven track record managing relationships with UHNW individuals and family offices
- ✓Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin required
- ✓Based in Asia time zone UTC 8 (±2) strongly preferred
- ✓Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks for digital assets
- ✓Understanding of digital asset investment products and institutional client needs
- ✓Proven track record in institutional client acquisition and revenue growth
- ✓Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- ✓Analytical mindset with data-driven approach to problem-solving
- ✓Ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced international environment
- ✓Exceptional attention to detail and accountability
- ✓Takes full ownership of tasks and outcomes with strong problem-solving skills
- ✓Openness to constructive feedback and willingness to grow professionally
- ✓Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and proactive with passion for crypto space
- ✓Strong knowledge of crypto, DeFi, and Web3 products and ecosystems
- ✓Familiarity with Binance Earn and broader Binance products required
