About the Role
We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily swing shift activities and ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards. This role involves directing workflow, assigning tasks, and maintaining GMP standards with a focus on suite cleaning and material dispensing.
Key Responsibilities
- →Oversee small production team and daily shift activities
- →Follow and write standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- →Weigh, measure, subdivide, and dispose of components
- →Safely handle hazardous materials
- →Participate in audits or inspections
- →Inspect and maintain equipment
- →Draft, review, and approve quality records
- →Complete documentation including logbooks and batch production records
- →Communicate effectively with operations team
- →Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- ✓High school diploma or equivalent
- ✓Minimum 2 years of GMP experience
- ✓Mechanical aptitude and intermediate math skills
- ✓Strong verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Strong organization and attention to detail
- ✓Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- ✓Ability to work swing shifts with possible 12-hour shifts
- ✓Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and 55 pounds occasionally
- ✓Ability to wear Tyvek suit with PAPR for extended periods
- ✓Ability to operate forklift (training provided)
- ✓Proficient in Oral Solid Dosage and Spray Dry equipment
