About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to join the Central Project Management Office (CPMO) team at Binance. This role involves driving strategic initiatives, ensuring operational excellence, and leading high-impact projects to support the company's growth in the cryptocurrency industry.
Key Responsibilities
- →Maintain an efficient management cadence for accountability and decision-making
- →Collaborate with Finance and Analytics teams for P&L and KPI oversight
- →Identify and communicate opportunities and risks to business leaders
- →Work with Data Analytics teams to understand the business and generate strategic insights
- →Develop action plans to drive growth in core and new business areas
- →Create regular reports for senior management
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct competitive research
- →Develop and drive competitive strategies
- →Partner with internal stakeholders to improve organizational design
- →Optimize internal processes to support growth
- →Lead task forces and manage high-impact, high-priority projects
Requirements
- ✓Experience in finance, strategy, consulting or similar analytical roles
- ✓Strong commercial and operational acumen as well as critical problem solving skills
- ✓Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
- ✓Ability to build strong cross functional relationships with internal stakeholders of various levels
- ✓Project and change management experience
- ✓Experience in and understanding of financial and blockchain trading business a plus
- ✓MBA, BA, or BS from top university
