About the Role
Binance's Risk team is seeking an experienced Risk Operation Agent to implement effective risk strategies for the platform and its users. This role involves investigating fraudulent alerts, reviewing account activity, and ensuring security while maintaining customer orientation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Review accounts to determine legitimacy, associated risk, and make appropriate restriction decisions
- →Contact account holders to verify activity and mitigate loss
- →Monitor cases and reports to identify trends and notify management
- →Monitor account activity to detect abnormal activities and stop suspicious transactions
- →Educate customers on maintaining security and preventing losses
- →Review documentation, analyze data, and verify transaction authenticity
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 3-5 years of experience in high-risk, rule-based environments like financial services, fraud prevention, or compliance
- ✓Strong analytical skills with ability to detect patterns and anomalies in transaction data
- ✓Experience conducting KYC/KYB reviews and transaction investigations
- ✓Excellent written communication skills for clear, concise case notes
- ✓Comfortable making judgment calls in ambiguous situations with minimal supervision
- ✓Ability to maintain accuracy, consistency, and disciplined execution under pressure
- ✓Familiarity with AML regulations and transaction monitoring best practices
- ✓Willing to support during weekends for team coverage
