About the Role
We are looking for a driven Junior Recruiter to join our growing team and own the full-cycle recruitment process, partnering closely with executive leaders at Bisnow. This role focuses on sourcing top talent and building new business relationships within the Commercial Real Estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
- →Source and identify qualified candidates using various recruiting tools and platforms
- →Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and complete reference checks
- →Present and communicate offers to selected candidates
- →Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent aligned with key industry skill sets
- →Develop close relationships with candidates, guiding them toward their next career move
- →Proactively generate new business opportunities and leads
- →Engage with leading companies and executives across the Commercial Real Estate industry
- →Support the growth of Bisnow’s culture, community, and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives
- →Partner with Hiring Managers to provide guidance and onboarding support
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree required (Communications, Psychology, Business preferred)
- ✓0 - 2 years of direct recruiting experience
- ✓Team-player with a strong work ethic
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- ✓Quick learner who enjoys acquiring knowledge in new subject areas
- ✓Creative thinker who is analytically capable and intellectually curious
- ✓Genuine interest in the Commercial Real Estate Industry
- ✓Prior Real Estate experience is not required, but a bonus.
