About the Role

We are looking for a Bitcoin Product Marketing Manager to join Block, Inc. This role focuses on leading go-to-market strategy for our most important bitcoin initiatives, shaping product positioning, and helping bring new bitcoin features and experiences to market across consumer and seller ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for priority bitcoin products across Cash App and Square
→Build clear, insight-driven product narratives that unify how we talk about bitcoin across consumer, seller, and ecosystem touchpoints
→Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to deepen understanding of bitcoin customers and seller segments
→Develop competitive and market insights across bitcoin payments, custody, and ecosystem products
→Write strong briefs, build messaging frameworks, and partner with Creative on product-driven campaigns
→Work with Product teams to understand roadmaps, define ICPs, influence feature development
→Create data-driven measurement plans, define KPIs, and track performance
→Partner with owned and paid channel teams to turn product moments into cohesive, multi-channel marketing
→Engage with customers online and IRL to understand pain points and gather insights
→Collaborate with emerging bitcoin brands like Bitkey and Proto
→Support central marketing teams by providing positioning, messaging, and product insights
→Build and maintain cross-functional GTM workflows that keep stakeholders aligned

Requirements

✓6–10 years in product marketing, ideally across bitcoin, consumer fintech, payments, or emerging technology
✓Experience owning GTM strategy end-to-end for technical or multi-surface products
✓A strong POV on positioning, messaging, and what drives adoption across different customer segments
✓Experience conducting customer research and synthesizing insights into actionable decisions
✓Deep familiarity with bitcoin, Lightning, and the broader ecosystem
✓A data-driven approach to decision-making, with experience building KPIs, measurement plans, and post-launch insights
