About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Delight Associate to join our team at Bloom & Wild. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service to German-speaking customers, supporting both our bloomon and Bloom & Wild brands.
Key Responsibilities
- →Engage with customers through various channels in Zendesk, resolving their issues
- →Communicate with colleagues on Slack for support and complete associated admin duties
- →Attend company and team meetings, share feedback with colleagues, and evaluate performance with your manager
- →Work shifts between 08:00 and 19:00 (GMT) Monday-Sunday, including evenings and weekends
Requirements
- ✓Fluent German language skills
- ✓Strong verbal communication and writing skills in both German and English
- ✓Background in a customer service-oriented position is a plus
- ✓Comfortable working towards quality and productivity targets
- ✓Solution-oriented and friendly attitude
- ✓Proactive and definite ‘can do’ attitude
