About the Role
We are looking for an early-career IT professional to join our IT Helpdesk team at Bloomreach. This role focuses on providing foundational IT support and managing access to company systems, with a strong emphasis on security best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- βHandle basic IT incidents and service requests via email, chat, and support tickets
- βSupport account lifecycle operations (onboarding, offboarding, access changes) across key SaaS tools
- βApply standard procedures for access, device, and account protection
- βDocument resolutions and workarounds in tickets
- βCollaborate with Infrastructure, Security Operations, and other teams
- βReinforce security awareness with users
Requirements
- β0β2 years of experience in IT Helpdesk or technical support
- βBasic understanding of operating systems, networking, and SaaS concepts
- βStrong customer service orientation with clear communication in English
- βAbility to follow runbooks and procedures accurately
