About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join Bloomreach's GIST group. You will be responsible for building, planning, and owning multiple Security & IT projects, playing an essential role in our team that powers personalization for global brands.
Key Responsibilities
- βLead department projects from initiation to successful delivery, defining objectives, scope, estimates, and timelines.
- βDevelop and execute project strategies and plans, including tools and methods needed.
- βMonitor progress and budgets, ensuring projects stay on track while addressing any stakeholder concerns.
- βPrepare and manage project documentation, including status reports and communications for stakeholders.
- βCollaborate with team subject matter experts to provide technical insights and resolve issues.
- βMotivate and guide project teams throughout the project lifecycle, providing leadership and solutions.
- βProactively handle pushback and feedback from stakeholders, using negotiation and interpersonal skills to maintain project momentum and foster collaboration.
Requirements
- β5+ years of experience in managing large, cross-functional projects.
- βStrong understanding of waterfall, Agile, and hybrid project methodologies.
- βBachelorβs degree preferred.
- βExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including conflict resolution and expectation management.
- βAbility to multitask and successfully run multiple projects simultaneously.
- βCertifications in Agile (e.g. Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP).
- βProficiency in project management tools (e.g. ClickUp, Jira, Atlassian Suite).
- βDemonstrated problem-solving skills with a focus on practical solutions.
