About the Role
The Business Operations Manager will support daily operations in our BPO services team, ensuring processes run smoothly, efficiently, and cost-effectively. This role involves leading teams, managing resources, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to meet business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- →Achieve invoicing and operational profitability targets for multilingual and nearshoring services and clients
- →Ensure consistent service delivery, operational efficiency, and adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards
- →Manage and develop teams, including workforce planning, performance management, recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Quality, Finance, IT technical support) to support operational goals
- →Support onboarding of new clients or services, ensuring smooth transitions and operational readiness
- →Identify new and growth business opportunities with Sales and Business development areas
- →Implement and monitor process improvements to increase productivity, quality, and cost efficiency
- →Maintain high levels of satisfaction among client-companies and end users
- →Focus on the satisfaction and development of associates
- →Ensure compliance with internal policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards
