About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Transformation Graduate Specialist to join Bosch Rexroth. This role focuses on leading and advocating for digital transformation initiatives within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop a digital transformation strategy aligned with organizational goals
- →Identify opportunities for digital initiatives and define a roadmap for implementation
- →Serve as a catalyst for change by inspiring employees to embrace digital transformation
- →Act as a champion for digital initiatives, creating a sense of urgency
- →Work closely with different departments to ensure alignment in implementing digital transformation
- →Build relationships and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation
- →Assess digital tools and technologies to drive operational efficiency
- →Develop and conduct training programs to enhance digital literacy
- →Define KPIs to measure the progress of digital transformation initiatives
- →Engage and influence senior executives to gain buy-in for digital initiatives
- →Lead communication about the Digital Transformation Strategy
Requirements
- ✓Ability to transition into a full-time role after program completion
- ✓Experience with logistics planning, procurement, or logistics controlling preferred
- ✓Strong communication and leadership skills
- ✓Ability to work in international environments
