About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with 8 years of experience specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Customer Service workspace. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs with technical solutions in a fast-paced Agile environment, ensuring successful implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM functionalities aligned with healthcare industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with onsite Business Analyst and customer team to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements
- →Act as the liaison between onsite and offshore teams for Dynamics 365 CRM requirements
- →Drive Proof of Concept (PO) demos with hands-on experience in Dynamics CRM
- →Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- →Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintain product backlogs using Agile tools like Azure DevOps and JIRA
- →Perform gap analysis between current processes and Dynamics 365 CRM capabilities
- →Work with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, architects, and SMEs
- →Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), create training materials, and support change management
- →Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, HL7, and FHIR standards
- →Continuously evaluate business processes to identify improvement and automation opportunities using Dynamics 365 CRM features
Requirements
- ✓8 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- ✓Specialization in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Customer Service workspace
- ✓Experience in healthcare domain is an advantage
- ✓Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
- ✓Experience with Azure DevOps and JIRA
- ✓Knowledge of healthcare regulations including HIPAA, HL7, and FHIR
