About the Role
We are seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to support various business functions within the Power Tools industry. This role involves collaboration with multiple departments and systems to optimize marketing and sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- βWork closely with Marketing Managers, Business Operations, and Sales teams across all Business Units within Power Tools
- βCollaborate with the Foreign Trade Department and support the customs clearance process by providing required documentation and product information
- βMonitor, analyze, and evaluate Marketing and Sales activities to develop insight-driven reports that support business improvement and decision-making
- βMaintain sales and marketing Excel reports and Power BI dashboards, deriving insights regarding customer, segment development, and material master data
- βMaintain street price mirroring reports for top-selling items for each Business Unit, deriving insights regarding pricing intelligence
- βResponsible for price and promotional definitions via WorkOn and PromoTool, serving as an effective user and expert of PromoTool offer design
- βCoordinate sample shipments from central departments and business units
- βSupport the promotional materials stock purchasing process
Requirements
- βExperience in marketing operations, sales analysis, or related field
- βProficiency in Excel and Power BI
- βFamiliarity with WorkOn and PromoTool systems
- βStrong analytical and reporting skills
- βExcellent communication and collaboration abilities
